Enable SMS/MMS Channel in Your Preferred
CRM with Twilio Number via HelloSend

HelloSend integrates seamlessly with Twilio to enable SMS, WhatsApp, and Call within CRM platforms. Follow these steps to connect Twilio to HelloSend:

Step 1: Access Your Twilio Account  

  1. New to Twilio? Sign Up
  1. Go to Twilio’s website and create an account.
  2. Verify your email and phone number.
  3. Purchase a Twilio phone number with SMS/MMS capabilities.
  1. Already have a Twilio account? Log In
  1. Visit Twilio’s website and sign in.
  2. Ensure you have a Twilio phone number with SMS/MMS enabled. If not, purchase one from the Twilio console.

Step 2: Get Twilio API Credentials

  1. Log in to your Twilio account.
  2. Navigate to Console > Account Info.
  3. Copy the following details:
  1. Account SID
  2. Auth Token

Step 3: Connect Twilio to HelloSend  

  1. Open HelloSend and navigate to Settings.
  • Go to Channels in the settings menu.
  • Select SMS from the available options.
  • Click on Twilio to configure the settings.
  • Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, then click Authorize to complete the process.
  • The SMS-enabled number will be listed—switch on the number you want to connect.

Step 4: Test the Connection

  • In the HelloSend page, navigate to the Inbox.
  • Enter your phone number and send a test SMS.
      • Check if the message is delivered successfully.
        🎉 If everything works fine, your Twilio SMS/MMS channel is now active! 🚀
        Now, you can start sending SMS campaigns, automate messages, and manage conversations inside your CRM using Twilio via HelloSend.
