Installation and Configuration of Time Tracker
Install the extension from Zoho CRM marketplace. And follow the below simple instructions to finish the setup process.
1. Click on enable button and subscribe to enable the extension for organisation users.
2. Successful enablement lands you in Zoho CRM Authorisation page.
3. Click on Complete Installation to finish the Installation process.
4. Go to Leads or Contacts module.
5. Click on any Leads and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
6. Click on ‘Create Custom Record Page’ button.
7. Create a custom Canvas View.
8. In Lead Detail view bottom page, click on Edit button.
9. In left Tab -> Under Related List -> Drag Time Tracker and Drop it on the Lead detail view page right top.
10. After enabling timer will be visible for Zoho CRM Leads / Contacts.

How to use the Time Tracker Extension for Zoho CRM?
After the successful installation and configurations the timer will automatically starts while opening the Zoho CRM Leads and Contacts. The agents time can be easily metered using this Timer logs.
Click on any Zoho CRM Leads or Contacts.
Right Hand Side, Time Tacking block will be there with running timer.
Once the task finished on the Zoho CRM Lead or Contacts the Zoho CRM agent should click on Log time.
CRM Agent can also add description about the task.
CRM Agent also Pause the timer for any interruption & Resume it.
These data will be saved under Time Tracking module.
Also the log time will be recorded under Activities.
