Step 1

Authorize

1. Install the plugin from Zoho CRM Marketplace listings

2. Select Profiles  which you need to install & Proceed

3. Authorize both Zoho CRM and RingCentral Services and Configure RingCentral Phone number

1. Go to Leads / Contacts and select the specific Leads / Contacts to which the SMS to be sent

2. Phone numbers pre-filled popup will be open.

3. Select Templates if needed. or Enter your message and click Send SMS.

1. Go to Ringcentral Bulk SMS Web tab to Send Bulk SMS
