Step 1: Configure Meta Business Suite

Sign In

1. Access Meta Business Suite: Open your web browser and navigate to Meta Business Suite.
2. Sign In: Enter your Facebook account credentials associated with your business. If you don’t have an account, follow the on-screen instructions to create one.
   

1. Business Portfolios: Select Business Portfolios and click the Visit Settings button.

Step 2: Select the Account

1. Accounts Section: In the settings menu, locate and click on the “Accounts” option in the left sidebar.
2. Select WhatsApp Accounts: Choose “WhatsApp Accounts” from the list of available accounts.

Step 3: Choose Your WhatsApp Account

1. Select Your Account: Click on the WhatsApp Business account you wish to manage payments for.

Step 4: Go to Payment Settings

1. Payment Settings: On the WhatsApp account management page, locate and click on “Payment Settings.”

Step 5: Add a Payment Option

1. Start Adding Payment Method: In the payment settings, click on “Add Payment Method".
2. Enter Business Location and Currency: Input your business location and choose the correct currency.

Step 6: Select and Enter Payment Details

1. Choose Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method, either a debit or credit card.
2. Enter Card Information: Provide the necessary card details:
   1. Name on Card: Enter the name exactly as it appears on the card.
   2. Card Number: Input the 16-digit card number.
   3. Expiry Date: Specify the card's expiration date (MM/YY).
   4. CVV: Enter the 3-digit card verification value, typically located on the back of the card.

Step 7: Save Payment Method

1. Save Payment Method: Once you've entered all the card details, click “Save” to securely store your payment method.

Step 8: Confirm the payment method (If Necessary)

1. Complete Verification: Some card issuers may require extra verification steps. Follow the prompts to verify your card details if needed.

Step 9: Verify the payment method.

1. Initiate a Test Payment Request: Open your WhatsApp Business app, start a chat, tap the attachment icon, and choose “Payment” (if available).
2. Send and Finalize the Test Transaction: Send the payment request to a test contact or secondary number, then follow the prompts to complete the transaction and verify that everything functions smoothly.
