Enable SMS/MMS Channel in Your Preferred
CRM with RingCentral via HelloSend

HelloSend integrates seamlessly with RingCentral to enable SMS, WhatsApp, and Call within CRM platforms. Follow these steps to connect RingCentral to HelloSend:

Step 1: Log In to Your RingCentral Account  

  1. New to RingCentral? Sign Up
  1. Go to RingCentral’s website and create an account.
  2. Verify your email and phone number.
  3. Ensure you have SMS/MMS enabled for your RingCentral number.
  1. Already have a RingCentral account? Log In
  1. Visit RingCentral’s website and sign in.
  2. Make sure your RingCentral number supports SMS/MMS.

Step 2: Connect and Activate Your RingCentral Number in HelloSend

  1. Open HelloSend and navigate to Settings.
  1. Go to Channels in the settings menu.
  1. Select SMS from the available options.
  1. Click on Ringcentral to configure the settings.
  1. Click on Connect (You will be redirected to RingCentral).
  1. Log in with your RingCentral credentials and authorize HelloSend to access your SMS services.
  1. Once connected, your RingCentral numbers will be listed.
  2. Switch on the number you want to use for SMS/MMS.

Step 3: Test the Connection  

  1. In the HelloSend page, navigate to the Inbox.
  • Enter your phone number and send a test SMS.
  • Check if the message is delivered successfully.
                    🎉 If everything works fine, your RingCentral SMS/MMS channel is now active! 🚀
                    Now, you can start sending SMS campaigns, automate messages, and manage conversations inside your CRM using RingCental via HelloSend.
